Marenn is operated by Maksimilian Gaiduchenko(“we,” “us”). By using Marenn, you agree to these terms.

What Marenn is

Marenn is a journaling and self-reflection companion. You write what’s on your mind and receive personalized reflections. Marenn is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a crisis service, and it does not provide clinical or professional treatment. It is a tool for reflection, not a substitute for professional help.

Not a crisis service

Marenn is not a crisis service. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

Age

Marenn is an AI companion and is for adults, 18 and over. Creating an account requires confirming your date of birth; we store only the fact that you attested to being over 18, not the date. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed. Companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors.

Using Marenn

Marenn is intended for personal use by adults. Please use it for genuine reflection, and don’t attempt to misuse, overload, or abuse the service. The AI can be wrong or imperfect. Use your own judgment, and don’t rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

Subscription and payment

Marenn is a subscription: $12.99/month or $129.99/year, starting with a 21-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. You are charged $0 at signup; your subscription begins and your card is charged automatically when the 21-day trial ends, and then renews each period until you cancel. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are never charged. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, invoices, and tax. Cancellation stops future billing and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you share and how you use Marenn. The service is provided “as is,” without guarantees about any particular outcome.
