What Marenn is
Marenn is a journaling and self-reflection companion. You write what’s on your mind and receive personalized reflections. Marenn is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a crisis service, and it does not provide clinical or professional treatment. It is a tool for reflection, not a substitute for professional help.
Not a crisis service
Marenn is not a crisis service. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
Using Marenn
Marenn is intended for personal use by adults. Please use it for genuine reflection, and don’t attempt to misuse, overload, or abuse the service. The AI can be wrong or imperfect — use your own judgment, and don’t rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
Subscription and payment
Marenn offers a subscription at $12.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, invoices, and tax. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you share and how you use Marenn. The service is provided “as is,” without guarantees about any particular outcome.
