The deal, plainly
Marenn starts with a 21-day free trial. You add a card to start, you pay $0 that day, and your card is charged automatically when the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are never charged a cent. The trial is the time to decide.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in two taps, from Settings or your Polarreceipt email. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Refunds
Because the trial gives you three full weeks to decide, payments made after it are generally not refunded, including for unused time or forgotten cancellations. If something genuinely went wrong, like a duplicate charge or a billing error, write to support@marenn.org and we’ll make it right. Where consumer law in your country grants you refund rights, those rights stand. Payments, invoices, tax, and any refunds are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record.
